Return reconciliation

Every dispatched sub-order gets one clear status, updated each time you upload a file or scan a parcel.

• Orders CSV, payment ZIP and return reports detected automatically
• Delivered but unpaid orders flagged
• Returns Meesho marked delivered but your team hasn't scanned
• Returns not received within your claim window
• Damaged, wrong or empty parcels flagged for a claim
• Claims Meesho paid, matched back to the order

Return entry by AWB

Your packing team scans or types the AWB printed on the returned parcel. The system finds the sub-order from your return reports and claim notes, then records the condition.

• Works with a barcode scanner – quick mode saves matched parcels in one scan
• Unknown AWBs are kept and linked automatically after the next return-report upload
• Or upload your own sheet with an AWB column

Return charges, SKU by SKU

From each payment report the system adds up return shipping, forward shipping and fees on returned orders – then shows each SKU's average return charge against your overall average.

• Separate averages for customer returns, RTO and exchanges
• SKUs costing more than average are highlighted
• Return reasons, sizes, couriers and RTO by state

Profit & loss

Add your purchase cost per SKU once. Profit is counted only when an order is closed, and product cost only when the item doesn't come back to stock.

• By month and by SKU, on order date or payment date
• Costs can change from a date – old orders keep the old cost
• Ads cost read from the payment report
• Export everything to CSV

Your team, your data

Sign up once for your store. Add staff logins for packing and returns – staff don't see costs or profit. Each seller's data is completely separate.
